What is PickMyWash?
PickMyWash is a doorstep laundry and dry-cleaning service across Hyderabad. Book on the web or in the app, follow your order, and get fresh laundry delivered home.
How do I book on the web?
Open Book service: choose services → address & time → Regular/Express → review. Sign in with phone OTP only when you’re ready to place. Same account as the apps.
How do I get the app?
Download PickMyWash on your phone and sign in with your mobile number — best for live tracking, bill confirm, and PhonePe.

Where do you deliver?
We serve customers across Hyderabad. Check coverage with your pincode via or when you enter an address while booking.
How do payments work?
Booking shows an estimate. Final amount is confirmed after pickup measurement. Pay in the app with PhonePe (or other methods shown on the order). Web booking does not charge your card at checkout.
What are PickMyWash Coins?
Coins are in-app rewards you earn when an order is delivered. Check your balance in the Wallet tab and redeem them when you confirm pricing at pickup / bill confirm.
