You may request deletion of your PickMyWash customer account and associated ordinary personal datasets we control for profiling/marketing/UI convenience — subject to legal / financial retention carve-outs clarified below.
In the App: open Profile, choose Account deletion request to lodge a tracked support ticket, or send email per below. Both paths converge on human verification preventing fraudulent erasure attempts.

Verification
We authenticate against your Firebase OTP-bound phone / recent order signals to thwart hostile third-party spoof deletions.
Typically deleted categories
- Name, discretionary email demographic fields voluntarily entered.
- Non-mandatory saved address narratives (operational remnants may linger briefly in CDN caches benignly TTL’d).
- Personal support ticket conversational threads flagged for erasure bundles.
- Marketing push tokens deactivated / dissociated from commercial messaging.
Limited retention notwithstanding deletion
- Anonymised or pseudonymised order ledgers (GST / accounting / payment acquirer chargeback timelines) mandated 5–8+ years domestically frequent.
- Security / abuse investigation audit trails — minimised factual logs segregated beyond marketing surfaces.
- Litigation preservation holds suspending purge if dispute open.
Timeline
Acknowledged 2 business days. Completion ordinarily 7–15 business days contingent on PSP settlement closure and partner batch reconciliations. You receive closure email once primary UID-scoped artefacts cleared or irreversibly scheduled.
Post-deletion
New signup may collide with erstwhile phone dedupe safeguards — contact support before re-registration if encountering automated blocks.
