Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your PickMyWash customer account and associated ordinary personal datasets we control for profiling/marketing/UI convenience — subject to legal / financial retention carve-outs clarified below.

In the App: open Profile, choose Account deletion request to lodge a tracked support ticket, or send email per below. Both paths converge on human verification preventing fraudulent erasure attempts.

How to request deletion

  1. Preferred: In-app support ticket labelled Account Deletion Request (Profile screen).
  2. Email: pickmywash2026@gmail.com with subject Account Deletion Request — <your phone>.
  3. Include: registered phone number, full name spelling as in account, optionally reason (helps product learning only).

Verification

We authenticate against your Firebase OTP-bound phone / recent order signals to thwart hostile third-party spoof deletions.

Timeline

Acknowledged 2 business days. Completion ordinarily 7–15 business days contingent on PSP settlement closure and partner batch reconciliations. You receive closure email once primary UID-scoped artefacts cleared or irreversibly scheduled.

Post-deletion

New signup may collide with erstwhile phone dedupe safeguards — contact support before re-registration if encountering automated blocks.
