In the app

Available on iPhone, iPad, and Android after you sign in.

  1. Support ticket — Open Profile → create a support ticket with your issue.
  2. Order help — Open Orders → select your order → view status and tracking.
  3. Wallet & coins — Open Wallet for balance, history, and earn/redeem rules.
  4. Legal & accountProfile → Terms, Privacy, Refunds, or Delete account.

Common questions

How do I sign in?

Use your mobile number and OTP. Allow notifications for order and wallet updates (optional).

How does pricing work?

You see an estimate when booking. Final amount is confirmed after pickup when weight/items are measured. Payment is at pickup/delivery (no in-app card checkout in this version).

PickMyWash Coins — earn & redeem

Earn coins when an order is delivered. Redeem at pickup confirmation on your service bill (see Wallet tab for rules and expiry).

Delete my account

Use in-app Profile → Delete account or email us from your registered number. Details: Account deletion.

Service area

We operate in selected areas of Hyderabad. If your pincode is not covered, you can join the waitlist from the app.
